PROJECT SURVEYORS
Responsibilities will include:
Field data reduction, both conventional and electronic; Traverse,
Boundary, Sectional, and Construction calculations;
Boundary analysis; Staking sheet preparation; Liaison between client
field representatives and our field crews.
Qualifications:
Four (4) to eight (8) years of combined field and/or office experience;
Working knowledge of Plan reading, Land Desktop, AutoCad, and Coordinate Geometry will make you our candidate of choice.
Good fit for newly registered PLS. Minimal requirement is SIT/LSIT

SURVEY CREW CHIEF
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Crew Chief performing ALTA/ACSM Land
Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Layout. Experience with Trimble
GPS, Total Stations, Topcon Robotic Total Stations, FC2000 Data Collectors and Carlson CE Survey a plus because this is what
we use. Must have experience with Total Stations, Electronic Data Collection, working knowledge of civil and architectural
plans. PLS or SIT a plus.

SURVEY TECHNICIAN/INSTRUMENT PERSON
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Survey Technician/Instrument
Person performing Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land
Title Surveys and Construction Layout. Experience with Total Stations a
must. Experience with Electronic Data Collection a plus.

CAD TECHNICIAN
A minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation of Plats of
Subdivision, Plats of Survey, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title
Surveys, Boundary Surveys and construction staking sheets. Candidate must
have proficiency in AutoCAD, a working understanding of coordinate
geometry and proficiency in reading and working from architectural and
